Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, and thyme.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the honey mixture over it.
- Scatter cranberries over the chicken and sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
