Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce
    In a small bowl, whisk together:
    • Honey
    • Soy sauce
    • Lemon juice
    • Red pepper flakes (if using)
      Set aside.
  2. Cook the sausage
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add sliced sausage and cook 3–4 minutes until nicely browned.
    Remove sausage from the pan and set aside.
  3. Cook the broccoli
    In the same pan, add broccoli florets.
    Season lightly with salt and pepper.
    Sauté 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
    (Add 1–2 tbsp water if needed to steam it.)
    Remove and set aside with the sausage.
  4. Cook the shrimp
    Add shrimp to the pan. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
    Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked through.
  5. Bring it together
    Add garlic to the shrimp and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
    Return sausage and broccoli to the pan.
  6. Sauce it up
    Pour in the honey garlic sauce.
    Toss everything together and cook 2–3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and coat everything beautifully.
  7. Finish & serve
    Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
    Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro.
