Ingredients (Makes ~12 pieces):
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup butter, melted
2 tbsp powdered erythritol
½ tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
2 tbsp chopped pecans or almonds
Optional: flaked sea salt or crushed keto-friendly candy
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Make the Base
Mix almond flour, melted butter, sweetener, and vanilla. Press evenly onto the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until lightly golden.
Step 3: Add the Topping
While hot, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let melt for 1–2 mins, then spread evenly. Sprinkle with nuts and optional toppings.
Step 4: Chill & Break
