Keto Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Swirl Cloud Bread
Light as air, with a sweet cinnamon swirl—this fluffy treat is low-carb, high-protein, and heavenly!
Ingredients (Makes 6–8 pieces):
For the Bread:
3 eggs, separated
ÂĽ cup full-fat cottage cheese
ÂĽ tsp cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp erythritol
½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Set oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Whip Egg Whites
In a clean bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Step 3: Blend Yolks
Blend egg yolks, cottage cheese, and salt until smooth. Gently fold into whipped whites.
Step 4: Swirl & Bake
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto baking sheet, shaping into rounds. Mix swirl ingredients and drizzle over each. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
Step 5: Cool & Enjoy
Let cool on a rack. Soft, sweet, and cloud-like!
