Sweet and sour Keto Nantucket Cranberry Pie
Things you need:
2 cups of fresh cranberries
1/2 cup of keto sweetener (monk fruit or erythritol)
Three eggs
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of butter that has been melted
1 tsp of vanilla extract
A little bit of salt
How to:
Set the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a pie dish.
Spread the cranberries out evenly in the dish and add a little sweetener on top.
Whisk the eggs, melted butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt together in a bowl.
Add almond flour to the batter and mix until smooth.
Spread the batter over the cranberries.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Before you cut it, let it cool down a bit.
