Instructions
1. Prep the Chicken

- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Sear
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken skin-side down for 5โ6 minutes until golden.
- Flip and cook 2 minutes more. Remove chicken and set aside.
3. Make the Glaze
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter and garlic; sautรฉ 30 seconds.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, paprika, and chili flakes.

4. Bake
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon glaze over each thigh.
