Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (500 ml)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 395 g)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin (12 g)
  • 1/4 cup water (for dissolving gelatin)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Bloom the Gelatin

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup water.
Let it sit for 5โ€“10 minutes to bloom.

Heat gently until fully dissolved. Do not boil.


Step 2: Blend the Base

In a blender, combine:

  • Milk
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Heavy cream
  • Vanilla

Blend for 1โ€“2 minutes until smooth and slightly airy.


Step 3: Add Gelatin

With blender running on low, slowly pour in dissolved gelatin.

Blend another 10โ€“15 seconds.


Step 4: Pour & Chill

Pour mixture into a glass dish.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.


Step 5: Serve

Slice and serve chilled.
