Mediterranean Spinach and Feta Cheese Crisps

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated

½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 tsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Mix the Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, combine spinach, feta, parmesan, and mozzarella. Add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Shape the Crisps:

Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound gently with the back of a spoon to form thin circles. Make sure to leave space between each crisp.
