Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


2. Prepare the Chicken

Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.


3. Make the Creamy Topping

In a bowl, mix together:

  • mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • paprika

Stir until a smooth, creamy mixture forms.


4. Assemble

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the tops of the chicken.


5. Bake

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
For a golden top, broil the last 2–3 minutes.


6. Finish & Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with rice, roasted veggies, pasta, or a fresh salad.
