- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (for extra moisture)
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt butter & chocolate
In a microwave-safe mug, microwave butter and chocolate together in 20–30 second bursts, stirring until smooth. -
Mix it up
Stir in sugar, brown sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and salt until glossy. -
Add dry ingredients
Mix in flour and cocoa powder just until combined. -
Cook
Microwave on HIGH for 60–90 seconds.
👉 Edges should look set, center soft and slightly jiggly. -
