📝 Description

A smooth, creamy no-bake dessert made with whipped cream and crushed biscuits, shaped into a log and chilled until perfectly sliceable. Light, fluffy, and incredibly easy.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups crushed tea biscuits or graham crackers (fine crumbs)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (optional for richer flavor)
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp warm water

For topping:

  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon for dusting

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Bloom Gelatin

In a small bowl, mix gelatin with warm water.
Let sit 5 minutes until it thickens.
Microwave 5–7 seconds until fully dissolved (do not boil).

Set aside to cool slightly.


2️⃣ Whip Cream

In a large bowl, beat cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Continue beating until stiff peaks form.


3️⃣ Combine

Slowly pour in dissolved gelatin while mixing on low speed.
Add condensed milk (if using).
Fold in crushed biscuits gently.


4️⃣ Shape

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap (leave extra hanging).
Pour mixture into pan and smooth the top.
Cover with plastic wrap.


5️⃣ Chill

Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight until firm.


6️⃣ Serve

Flip onto a serving board.
Remove plastic wrap.
Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
Slice and serve.
