- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter (creamy works best)
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to a bowl. -
Stir until sticky
Mix until a thick, scoopable dough forms. If too dry, add 1 tbsp peanut butter or honey. -
Roll
Scoop about 1 tablespoon and roll into balls. -
Chill
