Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Step 1: Sear the Chicken
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Pour in:
- Chicken broth
- Heavy cream
Stir well and scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 3: Cook the Noodles
Add the dry egg noodles directly into the skillet.

Step 4: Finish the Dish
