🥣 Ingredients (Only 2!)

  • 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) crushed pineapple
    👉 Do NOT drain — juice is required
  • 1 packet (3 oz / 85 g) pineapple gelatin (Jell-O)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Heat the Pineapple

Pour the entire can of crushed pineapple with juice into a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until hot and gently steaming (do not boil).


2️⃣ Dissolve the Gelatin

Remove from heat.
Sprinkle the gelatin powder directly into the hot pineapple mixture.
Whisk continuously for 1–2 minutes until completely dissolved and smooth.


3️⃣ Chill & Set

Pour the mixture into a glass dish or bowl.
Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
