- 1 cup brown sugar

- ยฝ cup (120 g) pure pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Roll/Top
- ยผ cup sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for rolling)
- Optional: chopped pecans

Instructions
1. Prepare the dough
In a bowl, whisk flour, soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
2. Mix wet ingredients
Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Combine
