🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
- 3–4 lemons, juiced (about 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water (plus extra if needed)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: a few mint leaves for extra freshness
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend the Base:
- In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, lemon juice, honey (or syrup), and cold water.
- Blend on high until smooth.
2️⃣ Strain (Optional):
- If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
(If you like it pulpy and full of fiber, no need to strain!)
3️⃣ Add Ice:
- Pour the lemonade back into the blender with the ice cubes.
- Pulse a few times to chill and lightly crush the ice.
4️⃣ Taste and Adjust:
- Taste and add more honey or lemon if needed.
- Add a little extra water if it’s too strong.
5️⃣ Serve:
- Pour into glasses.
- Garnish with mint leaves, cucumber slices, or lemon wedges if you like.
