Ingredients

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
- 1โ2 tbsp milk (for consistency)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Activate Yeast
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast
- Let sit 5โ10 minutes until foamy
2. Make Dough
- Add egg, melted butter, and salt
- Gradually mix in flour
- Knead until soft dough forms (5โ7 minutes)
3. First Rise
- Place dough in greased bowl
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled
4. Roll & Fill
- Roll dough into rectangle
- Spread softened butter
- Sprinkle cinnamon + brown sugar evenly
5. Shape Rolls
- Roll tightly into a log
- Cut into 10โ12 pieces
- Place in greased baking dish
6. Second Rise
- Cover and let rise 30 minutes
7. Bake
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC)
- Bake for 20โ25 minutes until golden
8. Make Glaze
- Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk
- Beat until smooth
9. Finish
- Spread glaze over warm rolls
- Let it melt into the rolls
Additional Notes
