🧾 Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups (300 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- ¾ cup (180 ml) warm milk or water
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (for softness)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
For topping:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1–2 cloves garlic (optional, minced)
- Sesame seeds or nigella seeds
- Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)

Make the dough
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Add warm liquid, yogurt, and oil. Mix into a soft dough. -
Knead
Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. -
Rest
Cover and let it rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled. -
Shape
Divide into small balls. Roll each into an oval or round shape. -
Cook (no oven needed!)
Heat a pan or skillet on medium-high.
Place the dough in the hot pan—cook until bubbles form and the bottom gets golden spots.
Flip and cook the other side. -
Finish like the picture
Brush immediately with melted butter + garlic.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and herbs.
