Turn your holiday leftovers into something everyone actually wants to eat. These turkey stuffing balls are crispy outside, soft inside, and covered in warm gravy.

Perfect for using up leftover turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing after Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped leftover turkey
  • 3 cups cold mashed potatoes
  • 3 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs, if needed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Warm gravy, for serving

How to Make Them

Mix Everything Together

In a large bowl, combine:

  • Turkey
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Stuffing
  • Salt and pepper

Mix until evenly combined.

If the mixture feels too wet to roll, add a little Panko at a time.

Roll Into Balls

Shape into golf ball-sized portions.

Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

For extra crunch, lightly coat the outside with more Panko.


Bake

Bake at 375ยฐF for 10โ€“15 minutes until golden brown and heated through.

Serve

Transfer to a serving plate and spoon warm gravy over the top.

They are also great served with gravy on the side for dipping.

Easy Variations

  • Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella to the center
  • Mix in chopped green onions or parsley
  • Add a little cranberry sauce on the side
  • Use leftover ham instead of turkey

Storage

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350ยฐF until hot and crispy again.

These also freeze well for up to 2 months.
