Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped leftover turkey
- 3 cups cold mashed potatoes
- 3 cups leftover stuffing
- 1/2 to 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs, if needed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Warm gravy, for serving
How to Make Them
Mix Everything Together
In a large bowl, combine:
- Turkey
- Mashed potatoes
- Stuffing
- Salt and pepper
Mix until evenly combined.
If the mixture feels too wet to roll, add a little Panko at a time.
Roll Into Balls
Shape into golf ball-sized portions.
Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
For extra crunch, lightly coat the outside with more Panko.
Bake
Bake at 375ยฐF for 10โ15 minutes until golden brown and heated through.

Serve
Transfer to a serving plate and spoon warm gravy over the top.
They are also great served with gravy on the side for dipping.
Easy Variations
- Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella to the center
- Mix in chopped green onions or parsley
- Add a little cranberry sauce on the side
- Use leftover ham instead of turkey
Storage
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350ยฐF until hot and crispy again.
