- 2 cups sugar

- Add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed. Then, add 1/3 of the milk and mix again. Repeat with the remaining 2/3 of flour and milk, alternating between flour and milk, until all are incorporated.

- Finally, add the vanilla essence and mix until fully combined.
Step 6 – Rest the Batter:
- Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes to ensure the batter sets properly.
Step 7 – Bake:
- Pour the batter into two small greased baking pans. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
