WW Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225g) low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese – 0–2 Points (fat-free is 0)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 Point
  • 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener (like Stevia, monk fruit, or Splenda) – 0 Points
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract – 0 Points
  • Pinch of salt – 0 Points
  • Optional toppings:
    • A few sugar-free chocolate chips (about ½ tbsp = 1 Point)
    • Fresh berries (0 Points)
    • Fat-free whipped topping (1 tbsp = 0 Points)


Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor or high-speed blender until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Blend again until mousse-like texture forms.
  3. Taste & adjust – add more sweetener or cocoa if needed.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes before serving for best texture.
  5. Serve in ramekins or small bowls, topped with berries or a spoon of light whipped topping.
