🧀 Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball
Serves: 8–10 | Prep Time: 15 min + chill
🧂 Ingredients:
- 2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¾ cup cooked bacon, chopped (save a little for rolling!)
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup chopped pecans or more bacon/cheddar for outer coating (optional but 🔥)

🍴 Instructions:
- Mix it up: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add shredded cheddar, bacon, green onions, garlic & onion powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire. Mix until fully combined.
- Form the ball: Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Wrap it tight and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (longer = firmer).
- Coat it: Before serving, roll the ball in chopped pecans, extra bacon bits, or shredded cheese for that signature outer crunch.
- Serve with: Crackers, pretzels, celery sticks, or even apple slices if you’re feelin’ fancy!
🔥 Pro Tip: You can make this a day in advance—just add the coating right before serving so it stays crispy.
