- 1 packet unflavored gelatin (12 g), dissolved according to package instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Gelatin
Sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup cold water.
Let sit for 5–10 minutes to bloom.
Heat gently until fully dissolved. Do not boil.
Step 2: Blend the Base

Sweetened condensed milk
Heavy cream
Chocolate powder
Blend for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth.
