Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven
    Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the meat
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until fully browned.
    Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the vegetables
    Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until heated through.
  4. Assemble
