- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)

Instructions
-
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onions until browned and cooked through (about 5–6 minutes).
Drain any excess fat.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let cool slightly. -
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay a tortilla flat and add a slice of cheese in the center.
Spoon about ¼ of the beef mixture on top.
Add a drizzle of ketchup and mustard, then top with lettuce, tomato, and any optional extras (like pickles or bacon bits).
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly like a burrito. -
Air Fry:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
Lightly spray the wraps with olive oil on all sides.
Place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp. -
Serve:
Slice in half and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces — burger sauce, ranch, or spicy mayo all work great!

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
-
Prepare the Beef:
In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with cornstarch until evenly coated. Let it sit for about 5 minutes while you prepare the sauce. -
Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Set aside. -
Cook the Beef:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the beef in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned and just cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. -
Combine Everything:
Return the beef to the pan. Pour in the sweet ginger sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and glaze the beef and vegetables. -
Finish & Serve:
Add spring onions, toss lightly, and remove from heat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
