 30 millilitres unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

Set the grill to medium heat and allow it to reach temperature.

Spread softened butter evenly over one side of each bread slice.

Layer one slice of cheese between two slices of bread with buttered sides facing outward.

Tightly wrap each assembled sandwich with one strip of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary to maintain shape during grilling.

Place bacon-wrapped sandwiches on the preheated grill and cook for approximately 6–8 minutes per side, turning once, until bacon is crisp and bread is golden brown.

Remove toothpicks, slice into fingers, and serve immediately while hot.
