Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup milk (any kind)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt

Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. -
Mix wet ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract. -
Add dry ingredients
Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until combined. -
Fold in blueberries
Gently fold in the blueberries. If using frozen berries, do not thaw first. -
Bake
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and set. -
Cool and slice
Let cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
