Ingredients (Serves 4 – 1 chop = ~6–7 WW points 💙💚❤️)
- 4 boneless pork chops (about 4–5 oz each, trimmed of fat)
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp light butter (or butter substitute)
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: garlic powder, black pepper, pinch of chili flakes for heat
Instructions:
- Prep chops → Pat pork chops dry and season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Make glaze → In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, melted light butter, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook chops → Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until nearly cooked through.
- Glaze → Pour the glaze mixture over the chops. Cook another 2–3 minutes, spooning sauce over the meat until caramelized and sticky.
- Serve → Plate with extra glaze drizzled on top.
✨ WW Smart Tips:
- Use center-cut pork chops – leaner and lower points.
- Swap Stevia brown sugar blend for even fewer points.
- Pairs beautifully with roasted veggies or a simple side salad.
Each chop (with glaze) comes to about 6–7 WW points, depending on pork cut and sugar brand.
