Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1–2 green chilies, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh coriander (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan on medium-high.
- Cook chicken 5–6 minutes until golden.
- Add garlic + chilies, cook 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce + lemon juice, toss well.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
