Chili Garlic Chicken (Quick & Spicy)

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1–2 green chilies, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan on medium-high.
  2. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes until golden.
  3. Add garlic + chilies, cook 1 minute.
  4. Add soy sauce + lemon juice, toss well.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
