🛒 Ingredients

Base Layer

  • 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup peanut butter

Caramel Layer

  • 1 cup soft caramels or ¾ cup dulce de leche
  • 3 tbsp milk

Chocolate Topping

  • 1½ cups milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the base
    • Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and peanut butter.
    • Press firmly into a greased dish. Chill 15 minutes.
  2. Add caramel
    • Melt caramels with milk until smooth.
    • Spread over the base evenly.
  3. Chocolate layer
    • Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter.
    • Pour over caramel and spread.
  4. Top it
    • Sprinkle chopped peanuts.
  5. Chill
    • Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
    • Cut into squares and serve.

  • Use walnuts or almonds instead of peanuts.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt for salted caramel taste.
  • Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
