Ingredients:
- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a smooth dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips:
- For chewier cookies, slightly underbake them.
- You can sprinkle a little sea salt on top before baking for a sweet-salty twist.
