Ingredients
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- ½ dragon fruit, cubed
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
- Top with the mixed berries and dragon fruit cubes.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds if desired.
- Gently mix and enjoy immediately!
