Creamy Chicken Salad with Grapes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup red or green seedless grapes, halved
  • ยฝ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ยฝ cup toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • ยฝ cup mayonnaise
  • ยผ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional, for tang)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients
    Chop the chicken, halve the grapes, and finely dice the celery.
  2. Mix the Dressing
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine
    Add the chicken, grapes, celery, and nuts (if using) into the bowl. Stir gently until evenly coated.
  4. Chill
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve
    Serve chilled on a sandwich, with crackers, in lettuce wraps, or on its own.
