Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
- 1 cup red or green seedless grapes, halved
- ยฝ cup celery, finely chopped
- ยฝ cup toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
- ยฝ cup mayonnaise
- ยผ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional, for tang)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare Ingredients
Chop the chicken, halve the grapes, and finely dice the celery. -
Mix the Dressing
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. -
Combine
Add the chicken, grapes, celery, and nuts (if using) into the bowl. Stir gently until evenly coated. -
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. -
Serve
Serve chilled on a sandwich, with crackers, in lettuce wraps, or on its own.
