Ingredients
- 2 cups white dragon fruit, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups cold milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp honey or condensed milk, to taste
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Peel the dragon fruit and cut the flesh into chunks.
- Add dragon fruit, cold milk, Greek yogurt, honey or condensed milk, vanilla, and salt to a blender.
- Blend for 30–45 seconds until creamy and smooth. The small black dragon-fruit seeds will remain visible.
- Add ice and blend briefly again.
- If using chia seeds, stir them in after blending and allow the drink to rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
For a Bottled Version
Skip the ice and use 2½ cups cold milk instead. Pour into clean bottles and keep refrigerated. Shake well before serving and consume within 1–2 days.
Optional Coconut Version
Replace 1 cup of regular milk with coconut milk for a richer tropical flavor.
