🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes (Yukon gold or red), halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Set to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season potatoes
    In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Parmesan
    Toss with Parmesan until potatoes are well coated.
  4. Bake
    Spread potatoes cut-side down in the baking dish.
    Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Finish
    Sprinkle with fresh parsley and optional chili flakes. Serve hot.
