🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes (Yukon gold or red), halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Preheat oven
Set to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. -
Season potatoes
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. -
Add Parmesan
Toss with Parmesan until potatoes are well coated. -
Bake
Spread potatoes cut-side down in the baking dish.
Bake 35–40 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy. -
Finish
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and optional chili flakes. Serve hot.
