Ingredients
For the Potato Wedges:
- 1kg potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the High-Protein Herb Dip:
- 250g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light cream cheese or blended cottage cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Prep the Potatoes
Preheat oven to 200ยฐC fan or 220ยฐC conventional.
Cut potatoes into even wedges.
For extra crispiness, soak them in cold water for 10โ15 minutes, then dry completely.

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with:
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- smoked paprika
- herbs
- salt & pepper
Mix until evenly coated.

Arrange wedges in a single layer on a lined baking tray.

- garlic
- chives
- herbs
