Ingredients

- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2–3 tbsp oil (for frying)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare Salmon
- Flake cooked salmon into a bowl
- Remove any bones if using canned
2. Mix Ingredients
Add to the bowl:
- Breadcrumbs
- Egg
- Onion
- Parsley
- Lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Mix until well combined
3. Shape Patties
- Form into small round patties
- Flatten slightly
4. Cook
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side
- Flip when golden brown
5. Serve
- Serve warm with lemon wedges or dipping sauce
