Ingredients
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
10–15 fresh mint leaves
6–8 cups cold water
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash all ingredients well.
2. Add cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves to a large pitcher.
3. Lightly press the mint leaves with a spoon to release flavor.
4. Pour in the cold water.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours for the best flavor.
6. Serve over ice and enjoy.
