200g pitted dates, chopped
150g ground almonds
200g sugar
3 large eggs
120 ml vegetable oil
100 ml milk
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
Prepare the Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dates
Place chopped dates in a bowl. Pour warm milk over them and let sit for 5–10 minutes to soften. This helps create a softer cake texture.
