Flourless Black Cocoa & Chia Greek Yogurt CakeÂ

Ingredients:
½ cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
2 eggs
ÂĽ cup black cocoa powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
2–3 tbsp keto sweetener or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix & Rest
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk together yogurt, eggs, cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in chia seeds. Let sit 5–10 mins to thicken slightly.
Step 2: Bake
Pour into a greased or lined 6-inch pan or ramekins.
Bake 20–25 mins until center is set but still slightly fudgy.
