1️⃣ Make the Dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add warm water + olive oil.
- Knead 5–7 minutes until soft and smooth.
- Cover and rest 20 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare Garlic Mix
- Mix minced garlic with 1 tsp oil or butter.
3️⃣ Roll Flatbreads
- Divide dough into 6–8 balls.
- Roll thin circles.
4️⃣ Cook
- Heat a dry pan on medium-high.
- Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
5️⃣ Add Garlic Butter
- Brush with garlic butter immediately.
- Sprinkle parsley if you like.
