Ingredients
For the Bread:
- 1 large French baguette
For the Cheese Filling:
- 200g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100g shredded provolone, fontina, or Monterey Jack cheese
For the Garlic Herb Butter:
- 60g unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
- ยฝ tsp sea salt
Instructions

Cut off the ends of the baguette.
Using a long knife, carefully hollow out the center of the bread, leaving a thick crust border around the edges.
