- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins or chopped nuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (use sugar-free if preferred)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Mix wet ingredients โ Stir in applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients โ Mix in oats and cinnamon. Fold in raisins/nuts and chocolate chunks.
- Shape cookies โ Scoop about 1โ2 tablespoons of mixture onto the tray and flatten slightly (they wonโt spread much).
- Bake for 12โ15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool for 5โ10 minutes before serving.
