Ingredients
- 1 handful fresh parsley or 1 tbsp dried dandelion leaves (or nettle leaves)
- 1 liter (4 cups) water
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
- 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the herbs and reduce to a gentle simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain into cups.
- Stir in lemon juice and honey if desired.
- Serve warm or chill and serve over ice.
Storage
- Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
