Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan (about 8×4 inches) with parchment paper or grease it well.
- Microwave the mozzarella and cream cheese together in 30-second intervals until melted. Stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, butter (or olive oil), salt, baking powder, and seasonings.
- Mix the egg mixture into the melted cheese, then fold in the almond flour until a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
