Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried dandelion root
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Add water to a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add dandelion root, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon stick.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain into a mug.
- Stir in lemon juice and honey if desired.
- Serve warm.

- Fresh mint leaves
- A pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
- Green tea for extra antioxidants
Suggested Use
Drink 1 cup daily, preferably in the morning or after meals.
