Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
2Â cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions
1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Cook diced chicken until fully cooked.
3. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
4. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
5. Remove from heat and mix in cottage cheese.
6. Top with pepper jack cheese and let melt before serving.
Notes
Add cottage cheese off heat for best texture.
Do not overcook broccoli.
