Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare strawberries:
    Blend or mash the strawberries with 1/4 cup of the sugar until smooth (leave small chunks if you like texture).
  2. Mix base:
