Ingredients
Waffles
2 keto chaffles or low-carb waffles
2 tbsp butter (for cooking or toasting)
Filling
4 slices bacon
2 large eggs
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 lettuce leaves, shredded
2 tomato slices
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Garlic Mayo Sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp lemon juice
Pinch of black pepper
Optional
Sliced avocado
Extra melted cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook the Bacon
Fry the bacon until crispy, then set aside on paper towels.
Prepare the Eggs
Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness and season with salt and pepper.
Toast the Waffles
Cook or reheat the keto waffles until golden and crisp.
Make the Sauce
Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth.
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread the garlic mayo sauce on one waffle.
