If you’re craving pizza but skipping carbs, this crustless pizza bowl hits the spot. It’s savory, cheesy, loaded with toppings — and surprisingly satisfying without dough.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (low sugar recommended)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).


2️⃣ Season the Base

In a bowl, mix:

  • Ground chicken
  • Oregano
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper

Mix until evenly combined.


3️⃣ Form the “Crust”

Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased pie dish or small foil pans, creating an even layer.


4️⃣ Bake

Bake for 20 minutes, until cooked through and lightly golden.

If excess moisture forms, carefully drain it.


5️⃣ Add the Toppings

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the cooked chicken layer.

Top with:

  • Mozzarella
  • Pepperoni
  • Olives
  • Bell pepper
  • Red onion

6️⃣ Final Bake

Return to oven and bake 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
